1. Every time after the ready mix concrete plant stops working, the operator should have all liquids, such as water and additives, to be discharged out water pumps, water tanks and liquid tanks. Otherwise these liquids may get frozen in tanks and pipes, leading damages to or failure of plant parts.
2. In case of stopping for over four hours, discharge the compressed water and gas bag water to prevent them from condensation.
3. After a period of running without loading of diagonal belts, the vertical force should be adjusted reasonably to extend the belt conveyor’s service life.
4. A horizontal conveying belt should be started regularly during a long term of stopping, because water would drop down on the belt.
5. The electronic parts of a mobile concrete batching plant should be started half an hour in advance before the starting of other mechanical and controlling systems.
