Concrete Batch Plants Cylinder Malfunction

1. Cylinder external leakage or internal leakage , usually due to piston rod installation eccentric , lack of oil supply, seal rings wear or damage, there are impurities in the cylinder and the piston rod caused by scars and so on. Should be re-adjusted the central position of the piston rod, the need to regularly check the reliability of the oil mist, timely removal of impurities in the cylinder;
2. Cylinder output force is not enough and the action is not smooth, usually due to the piston or piston rod is stuck, poor lubrication, lack of air supply, or cylinder with condensed water and impurities. The center of the piston rod should be adjusted; check the reliability of the work of the oil mist; air supply pipe is blocked, the cylinder should be promptly removed condensate and impurities.
