Before concrete mixing station work, we need to do its daily inspection work. Then concrete mixing station inspection need to check what?

1. Check the lubrication of the rotating parts of the work, timely supply of lubricating oil.
2. Check the amount of lubricants in the concrete mixing station, timely supply of lubricating oil.
3. The weekly inspection of a gas system on the oil level of the oil mist, use the viscosity of 2.5 ~ 70E of the lubricating oil.
4. Open the drain valve once a day, discharge the air compressor and storage tank condensed water.
5. Fasteners (such as bolts and nuts) should often check whether loose. It is necessary to tighten in time in particular by some variable amplitude load parts.
6. Check the water supply, gas supply and admixture system equipment is normal.
7. Check the electrical control system and the instrument is normal.
8. Regular cleaning or replacement of powder in the dust filter in the filter.
