Function Fluids Checking of A Stationary Concrete Batching Plant

Brief Introduction：You should have a regular checking of the amount and quality of all function fluids of a stationary concrete batching plant and feed lubricants in time.

　　1.7 Function Fluids Checking

　　1. Check regularly the amount and quality of all function fluids

　　A. Check the operating state of lubricating points of all rotating parts every day and add lubricant in time.

　　B. Have a daily check of lubricant in the cup and make sure there’s enough lubricant any time.

　　C. Have a weekly check on the oil level of the atomized lubricator of the hydraulic system. The viscosity of the adopted lubricant should be between 2.5 and 70E.

　　2. Recommendable lubricant series for the hydraulic system: DAT25(Mobil) or TELLUS S46(Shell). The lubricant consumption amount is 10 liters. The lubricant should be replaced every 2000 operating hours or at least once a year.

　　3. Recommendable lubricant series for the speed reducer box: MOBIL GEAR 629 or OMALA OIL 150(Shell).

　　Please note that a new stationary concrete batching plant has not been fed with enough lubricant and that you should check whether it’s necessary for a refill before each round of running.

　　Checking of Lubricant Level in Speed Reducer

　　Check whether the lubricant level is at the regular position after the concrete mixer is stopped;

　　Once the level is lower than required, you should add lubricant of the same type with the originally used one to relative parts;

　　The four supporting axles and four axle end sealing parts should be added to lubricant at least every month. The amount should be around 4 or 5 grams. The lubricant must be fed as the mixer runs;

　　The axle for the outlet gate should be fed with lubricant every 250 working hours or at least once a month.

　　4. Lubricant feeding in axle end sealing

　　Feed in accordance with the maximum and minimum level listed;

　　Designated grease manufacturers No. 1 or No. 2 extreme pressure lithium grease.
