  1. Inspect the lubricating system of concrete mixer for the plant. Make sure that the oil is sufficient before each start of the plant, and get necessary parts lubricated manually.

  2. Inspect whether the straining and wearing degree is within the given scope.

  3. Check the gap between lining plates and mixing blades of the concrete mixer. Excessively large gaps would accelerate the wearing speed.

  4. Check whether the flat and inclined belts are at the right places, and all bearings of rollers need to be filled with lubricants.

  5. Inspect working state of the air compressor. Outlet water in the compressor every 50 working hours by opening the outlet valve at the bottom of the compressor and the gas tank.

  6. Check whether the discharging gate and scale gate are normal.

  7. Check whether sensor signals of the electronic system are normal and whether the weighing system works accurately.

  8. Last but not least, make sure that there’s no person engaged in maintaining work for the plant, and keep the starting alarm on for at least 15 seconds before starting a concrete batching plant. In case of disconnection of electricity, please double check whether someone is maintaining the plant. Never start a mobile or stationary concrete batching plant before being sure that everything is OK!
