Brief Introduction：A concrete batching plant, whether portable or stationary, needs to be maintained regularly. The periodical maintenance include daily, weekly, monthly and yearly periods.
Periodical maintenance plays a key rule in normal operation of a concrete batching plant. It guarantees both normal development of construction projects and stable profits of its owner. Then how should we maintain a batching plant and how long is the time gap? Whether it is a stationary or portable batching plant, the periodical maintenance include daily, weekly, monthly and yearly periods.
Daily checking before starting each time
Check whether the compressor of a concrete batching plant has stable air pressure and reliable self-protection devices. Check whether there is enough water in the pump and whether the pump pipe is clear. Make sure that the doors for aggregates, cements and outlet are normal, the connecting bolts of the concrete mixer machine blades tight, the electronic device safe and the switches reliable. Refill lubricants for the speed reducer box if necessary.
Daily maintenance after powering off each time
Clear remaining materials inside and outside the concrete mixer machine and clean the mixer. Refill necessary parts, especially the axle sealing ends, with lubricants. If it’s winter, remaining water in pipes and water tanks must be discharged completely. All switches must be at the “off” state after the whole concrete batching plant is powered off.
Weekly maintenance
Check the solidification state of remaining concrete in the mixer tank and cut it out if necessary (AT POWERED OFF STATE AND WITH GUARD). Check and adjust the gaps between blades and the liner board of the concrete mixer. Check whether the gas system leaks gas and whether the gas tank is normal. Check the quality and liquid level of lubricant in the speed reducer box. Repair and change parts if necessary. Make sure all connecting wires are tight. Unscrew the plug to check the shaft end seal, and screw it into the plug after no abnormality.
Monthly maintenance
Check the tension of the belt of the stationary or portable batching plant and make appropriate adjustments; check the wear of the blades and linings; check whether the connecting bolts of the upper and lower frames, the silo, the large inclined belt machine, etc. are firm, and whether the foundation is under Sink; check the concrete plant---whether there are agglomerations and debris in the screw conveyor, if any, remove.
Annual maintenance
The concrete batching plant usually runs for a year round. In addition to the inspection of items 1, 2, 3 and 4, other parts should be inspected and fully inspected for repair and replacement.
