How to Operate the Mixing Station Safely
Brief Introduction：When the need to repair, the mixing station tank should be cleaned concrete, and then overhaul.
The safe operation rules of the mixing station are as follows:
1. Mixing station should be installed in a solid pedestal;
2. Mixer console, the operator should be able to see the work of the various components. Electric mixer console should be padded with rubber plate or dry wood;
3. Hopper into the lowest position, between the hopper and the ground, should add a layer of cushion pad wood;
4. Project should meet the following requirements:
A. Power supply voltage rise and fall of not more than 5% of the rated value;
B. Motor and electrical components of the wiring firm to protect the zero or grounding resistance in line with regulations;
C. The transmission mechanism, working devices, brakes, etc. are fast and reliable, open gears, pulleys and other protective cover;
D. Gear box oil quality, oil compliance; e. Check whether the air compressor self-protection device is normal, the pressure is stable between 0.5-0.7Mpa;
F. Check the meter is in a free state, whether the occurrence of interference phenomena.
5. Let the
twin shaft concrete mixer no-load operation before operation. Make sure that the direction of rotation of the agitator or vane is the same as the direction indicated by the arrow on the cylinder. The mixer of the reverse feeding, should be mixing drum positive and negative run for a few minutes, and should not impact the phenomenon of jitter and abnormal noise;
6. Hopper hoisting test should be carried out, observe and confirm the clutch, brake flexible and reliable before the operation;
7. Forbidden head or hand into the hopper and rack between when feeding. Operation, is strictly prohibited by hand or tool into the mixing drum within the grind material, the material;
8. When the hopper is hoisted, no one in the hopper to stay or through; when the hopper in the need to repair or clean material pit, the hopper should be lifted with chains or inserted pin locked.
