　　Imprecise Weighing of Concrete Scales

　　The reasons might be: 1. The angle iron of the fixed scale frame for transportation is not removed; 2. The card is issued at the indenter and the pressure plate; 3. The scale body interferes with the outside world; 4. The three sensor models do not match; 5. The material is biased when weighing the material.

　　Difficulty in Opening and Closing the Unloading Door While the Collecting Cabinet is Empty

　　The reason might be suffocated gas path, which might be caused by dirty gas-water separator filter element of the triple piece at the gas source. This reduces the gas flow per unit time, thus causing the cylinder to move slowly. Dirty muffler is another possible reason. It leads to shrinked pressure difference between the rod chamber and the rodless chamber and eventually results in slow cylinder movement.

　　Failure in Discharging Concrete

　　The reasons include reversed mother machines, damaged air switches and a poor contact of parent motor wiring etc.

　　Failure in Mixing Blade Movement

　　The reasons include severe overload, material hoop shaft, secondary feeding caused by human error, inaccurate weighing, excessively large gap between the stirring blade or the side blade and the inner wall, entering of alien materials between blades and the wall, low voltage and wrong setting of the stirring parameters.
